The staff is one of Camp Rio Vista and Camp Sierra Vista’s greatest strengths. Through the selective hiring process, our Directors are able to employ mature counselors, from colleges across the south, who are high energy, creative people who love children and provide excellent instruction and leadership.

All counselors are required to go through a rigorous interview, national background check, 3 reference checks, and week long counselor training program before camp.
